Havas reported net revenue of €703 million in the third quarter of 2026, up 7.2% from €656 million a year earlier, while organic net revenue growth slowed to 2.4% from 3.8% in the year-ago quarter.
Total revenue rose 6.3% to €724 million from €681 million in the third quarter of 2025. Acquisitions contributed 3.2% to net revenue growth, while foreign exchange movements added 1.6%.
For the first nine months of 2026, net revenue increased 3.1% to €2.065 billion, with organic growth of 2.5%, compared with 2.8% in the corresponding period last year.
Yannick Bolloré, chairman and chief executive of Havas, said, “Havas delivered a solid third quarter, achieving organic growth in net revenue of +2.4%, in line with our full-year guidance. This performance reflects the resilience of our client-centric model in a macroeconomic and geopolitical environment that remains uncertain. Despite this backdrop, the strength of our fundamentals, together with our ability to adapt and win new business, gives us confidence in our capacity to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.”
India remains positive amid regional decline
India continued to record positive performance in the third quarter, even as organic growth across Havas’ Asia-Pacific and Africa region declined 6.7%. The company attributed the regional contraction to weaker activity in China and the Middle East.
For the first nine months of 2026, organic growth in Asia-Pacific and Africa fell 5.5%. Havas said approximately half of the decline came from the Middle East and the remainder from China, while India remained positive.
North America leads regional growth
North America recorded organic net revenue growth of 7.5% in the third quarter, supported by its Media and Creative divisions and client budget wins secured in the previous year. Organic growth in the region reached 7.1% for the first nine months.
Europe grew 1.7% in the quarter, supported by France, Spain and Poland, although the United Kingdom remained challenging. Latin America recorded negative organic growth of 4.3%, with declines in Mexico and Peru offsetting growth in Brazil and Chile. For the nine-month period, Europe grew 1.0% and Latin America 1.0%.
AI investment and acquisitions
Havas plans to continue deploying its Converged.AI Operating System, which integrates data, technology and AI across its operations. The company did not disclose a separate investment figure for AI or quantify its contribution to quarterly growth.
Acquisitions contributed 3.2% to third-quarter net revenue growth. Havas has completed eight majority-stake acquisitions since the beginning of 2026, including Dutch sports marketing agency SportVibes. The company said it typically completes eight to 10 acquisitions annually, with 11 completed in 2025.
Havas maintained its full-year 2026 guidance, forecasting organic net revenue growth of 2% to 3% and an adjusted EBIT margin of 13.2% to 13.5%. It also retained its medium-term target of a 14% to 15% adjusted EBIT margin by 2028.
