AdGraam, an AI-powered creative intelligence platform, has raised Rs 3 crore in a seed funding round led by Umair Mohammad, co-founder of Nitro Commerce. The company plans to use the capital to expand its team, strengthen its technology and sales and marketing functions, and support international expansion.
The platform combines research, ideation, creative generation, performance analysis and iteration in a single workflow, targeting brands and agencies looking to streamline advertising creative production.
Co-founded by Ashish Verma, Saad Mohammad, Sahil Bhatnagar and Saksham, AdGraam was developed to address the time and cost associated with traditional creative production, which often relies on shoots, creators and lengthy production cycles.
The company initially developed the technology for internal use before turning it into a commercial platform. It operates through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model and a managed studio offering, allowing brands and agencies to research competitors, develop concepts, generate advertisements and assess creative performance.
Umair Mohammad, lead investor and co-founder of Nitro Commerce, said, “Creative is becoming an increasingly important lever in digital advertising, particularly as brands compete for attention across increasingly crowded platforms. AdGraam’s approach goes beyond content generation to bring creative intelligence, production and performance into a connected workflow. The team has the opportunity to build a meaningful technology layer for how brands approach advertising creative at scale.”
Saad Mohammad, co-founder of AdGraam, said, “The next competitive advantage in performance marketing will increasingly come from creative intelligence and velocity, not media buying alone. We built AdGraam to help brands move from simply producing more content to understanding what creative opportunities to pursue, testing them faster and continuously learning from performance. This funding will allow us to deepen the technology, expand our capabilities and take the platform to a larger global market.”
The funding comes as digital advertising expenditure in India continues to grow. According to figures cited in the source material, digital advertising expenditure increased 19% in 2025 to Rs 71,621 crore, while e-retail advertising grew 55.86% to Rs 17,601 crore.
