The lingerie brand said the partnership will focus on personalised customer engagement across WhatsApp and email, with the aim of converting high-intent interactions and strengthening customer relationships.
The partnership follows the completion of Enamor’s email domain warm-up, which the company said established a framework for lifecycle messaging. The brand has since launched automated engagement campaigns across email and WhatsApp, including a Browse Abandonment journey targeting customers who viewed products but did not add them to their cart.
Enamor and WebEngage are also planning Cart Abandonment and Checkout Abandonment journeys using WhatsApp followed by email. An Offline Sales to Post-Purchase Engagement journey will connect in-store purchases with digital communication through thank-you messages, feedback requests, product and category recommendations, cross-sell communication and re-engagement offers.
The partnership also includes campaigns around Independence Day, Onam and Raksha Bandhan, structured across teaser, launch, last-chance and post-purchase stages. The companies said messaging will incorporate regional personalisation, gifting and repeat-purchase opportunities, while measurement will track conversion, revenue and repeat purchases across online and offline customer cohorts.
Sandra Daniels, Chief Marketing Officer - Enamor, said, “Our customers interact with the brand across multiple touchpoints, both online and offline, and creating an integrated experience across these moments is increasingly important. Our partnership with WebEngage is helping us move from individual communications to more relevant, journey-led experiences. The collaboration is a significant step towards making the ‘Enamor’ experience more accessible, seamless and inclusive for our customers. With automated journeys, stronger WhatsApp-led conversion, and the ability to reconnect offline customers digitally, we are creating greater value at every stage of the customer lifecycle and strengthening sustained relationships.”
Shreya Trivedi - VP - Customer Success & Business Operations, WebEngage, said, “It is a pleasure to partner with Enamor as it brings together online intent, offline purchases, and post-purchase engagement into one connected customer journey. By combining the immediacy of WhatsApp with the reach of Email, Enamor is creating more timely and relevant experiences across key moments in the customer lifecycle. Our partnership is about more than connecting channels; it is about creating a connected, thoughtful journey that carries the Enamor experience seamlessly from one customer moment to the next.”
The companies said the partnership will use WebEngage’s automation, omnichannel engagement and real-time capabilities to support conversion, customer retention and personalised communication as Enamor expands its customer base.
