UFO Moviez, an in-cinema advertising platform in India, has launched ‘Blessings’, a campaign inviting brands and advertising agencies to advertise around the theatrical release of Ramayana: Part 1, scheduled for 5 November 2026.
The campaign is built around the film’s cultural and religious significance, offering advertisers opportunities to place campaigns across cinema screens and related on-ground experiences. The film features Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey and Arun Govil.
Trade projections cited in the campaign place the film’s potential worldwide box office at more than ₹2,000 crore, with a target of over 9,000 screens in India. The company also refers to a reported global release target of nearly 50,000 screens. These targets have not yet translated into actual theatrical reach or box-office results.
Through ‘Blessings’, UFO Moviez has outlined five advertising formats: on-screen placements; premium anamorphic and other high-impact formats; cinema advertising combined with lobby activations, kiosks and photobooths; takeovers of selected cinema properties; and integrated campaigns spanning cinema, on-ground experiences and social media.
The company says it has advertising access across more than 4,000 screens in over 1,200 cities and towns, covering multiplexes and single-screen cinemas. The offering is aimed at advertisers across sectors including fast-moving consumer goods, banking and financial services, automotive, jewellery, smartphones, consumer durables, e-commerce and travel.
The campaign comes as Indian films drawing on mythology, religion and regional culture continue to attract attention from audiences and advertisers. UFO Moviez cited titles including Hanuman Ansh, Kantara and Mahavatar Narsimha as examples of audience interest in culturally rooted storytelling.
Commenting on the campaign, Sachinn Guptaa, national sales head – enterprise at UFO Moviez, said, “Ramayana brings together cultural relevance, family appeal and the scale of a major theatrical event. Its festive-season release creates an opportunity for brands to connect with audiences during a meaningful shared experience.
With the film targeting 9,000+ screens in India and UFO Moviez offering advertising access across 4,000+ screens, brands can participate through one platform. Through ‘Blessings’, we offer multiple ways to engage—from on-screen visibility to immersive cinema experiences and integrated campaigns.”
