WebEngage, the customer engagement and retention platform, has partnered with Hamilton Sciences Pvt. Ltd. (HSPL), a personal and home care company, to strengthen customer engagement across its brands Denver, ENVY and Vanesa.

Through WebEngage, the brands will leverage omnichannel journeys to engage consumers based on their preferences, browsing behavior, and interactions. The platform will support communication across channels including WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, Email, In-app Messaging, and Web Personalization, helping brands deliver timely experiences across acquisition, conversion, retention, and re-engagement.

WebEngage will also enable HSPL to create behavior-based audience segments and automated journeys for use cases such as product recommendations, promotional communication, reminders, and follow-up campaigns.

Pramathesh Palchoudhary, Chief Revenue Officer, HSPL, added, “Building connected, relevant consumer experiences across our brands is not a nice-to-have anymore, it is core infrastructure. WebEngage gives us the ability to move from broadcast communication to behavior-led conversations, which is exactly the kind of foundation we need as we scale our digital ecosystem across Denver, Envy, and Vanesa. Real-time signals, automated journeys, and consistent cross-channel presence that is what we are building, and this partnership accelerates it.”

Shreya Trivedi - VP - Customer Success & Business Operations , WebEngage, commented, “Personal care is a category where customer relationships are built over time, from discovering the right grooming products to return when it’s time to replenish. This creates an opportunity for brands to move beyond one-time promotions and build behavior-led conversations that stay relevant across the customer lifecycle. We are excited to partner with HSPL to help Denver, Envy and Vanesa build journeys around these real customer needs, from product recommendations and replenishment reminders to relevant re-engagement. This is the kind of foundation that can help the brands scale their digital ecosystem while driving stronger repeat purchases, retention and long-term customer value.
