Code and Theory, the Stagwell-owned digital transformation network, has appointed former Grey India Chief Creative Officer Harsh Kapadia as Head of Enterprise Creative. In the newly created role, Kapadia will establish and lead the agency's Creative Enterprise division, designed to embed creativity deeper into enterprise operations, technology systems and business transformation programmes.

The appointment comes as organisations increasingly look beyond traditional marketing functions and seek to integrate creativity into customer experience, digital transformation and organisational decision-making. The new division will help enterprise clients connect brand storytelling with the systems that power performance, user experience and business outcomes.

Kapadia will support Code and Theory's growing enterprise relationships, including partnerships with Adobe and IBM, while expanding the role of creative leadership across transformation initiatives. The move aligns with the agency's broader push into enterprise experience transformation and AI-enabled creative systems.

Prior to joining Code and Theory, Kapadia served as Chief Creative Officer at Grey India. Before that, he held senior creative leadership roles at MRM and VML across New York and London. His career spans more than two decades across four continents, with experience working on brands including Google, Kraft, Motorola, New Balance, Reckitt and the United States Postal Service.

The appointment reflects Code and Theory's continued investment in enterprise-focused creative capabilities as businesses increasingly seek to integrate design, technology, AI and creativity into their core operations rather than treating them as standalone functions.
