Kotak Mahindra Bank has launched the second season of its startup-focused documentary series, Hausla Empowered, featuring four entrepreneurs working on challenges in railway safety, healthcare and agriculture.
The series, part of the bank's Kotak BizLabs CSR initiative, follows founders from Pradivya AI, Lifespark Technologies, SabjiKothi and Easiofy Solutions.
The companies featured in the new season are developing technologies ranging from AI-powered railway track inspection and Parkinson's care tools to cold-storage systems aimed at reducing post-harvest losses and AI-enabled healthcare solutions for earlier disease detection and treatment planning.
The series will be available on MX Player and Amazon Prime Video, as well as Kotak's digital platforms.
Rohit Bhasin, head of business banking and chief marketing officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank, said, “Hausla is the courage to turn an idea into action. These four founders are using technology and innovation to address challenges that affect people’s everyday lives, from safer railways and better Parkinson’s care to reducing farm losses and enabling earlier diagnosis. Through Hausla Empowered, we want more people to be inspired through the conviction behind these solutions and the entrepreneurs building them.”

The first season of Hausla Empowered premiered in October 2025 and generated more than 30 million views across platforms, according to the bank.
The second season includes a launch film and four documentary episodes focused on the founders and the challenges their companies are seeking to address.
The featured companies in the series are:
